 (Source: Sanspo) Japanese celebrity Sakai Noriko (38) has apologised to the public after she was released on bail. Appearing in a black pants-suit, she bowed and said "To all those who have been supporting Sakai Noriko until now, I am deeply sorry."  (Source: Sanspo) The "Shiny/Sparkling Eyes" (Kagayaku Hitomi) Committee has released its results for its findings on eyes after having interviewed 250 men and 250 women between the ages of 20 and 30. Kuroki Meisa (21) emerges the winner, chosen by most as having the most mesmerizing eyes. Shibasaki Kou (27) came in 2nd place, and Nakama Yukie (29) came in 3rd.
