(Source: Sanspo) The "Shiny/Sparkling Eyes" (Kagayaku Hitomi) Committee has released its results for its findings on eyes after having interviewed 250 men and 250 women between the ages of 20 and 30. Kuroki Meisa (21) emerges the winner, chosen by most as having the most mesmerizing eyes.
Shibasaki Kou (27) came in 2nd place, and Nakama Yukie (29) came in 3rd. (from left to right)
